twentyfour7cars is a private hire transport service providing local and long-distance travel, airport transfers, seaport and cruise travel, corporate travel, hospital appointments, and other pre-booked journeys.

All services are provided in accordance with local licensing regulations.

2. Bookings

2.1 All journeys must be pre-booked.
2.2 Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or any online contact form.
2.3 A booking is only confirmed once accepted by twentyfour7cars.
2.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate journey details including date, time, pickup location, destination, and passenger numbers.

3. Fares & Payments

3.1 Fares will be agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices may vary depending on distance, waiting time, toll charges, parking, and additional stops.
3.3 We accept major credit and debit cards.
3.4 Corporate accounts may be available subject to agreement.
3.5 Payment terms for account holders will be agreed separately.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
4.2 Airport transfers cancelled within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.3 No-shows may be charged the full fare.
4.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Airport Transfers

5.1 We track all commercial flight arrivals using publicly available flight tracking systems.
5.2 Customers must provide accurate flight details at the time of booking.
5.3 Waiting time may apply after a reasonable grace period.

6. Passenger Conduct

6.1 Passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times.
6.2 Drivers reserve the right to refuse travel to passengers who are abusive, threatening, or under the influence of substances to a level that may compromise safety.
6.3 Damage to vehicles may result in additional charges.

7. Luggage

7.1 Customers must ensure vehicles are suitable for their luggage requirements.
7.2 We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Liability

8.1 We are fully insured with public liability cover.
8.2 We will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Licensing & Compliance

All drivers are:

• Fully licensed

• DBS checked

• Appropriately qualified

• Fully insured

The business operates under licensing issued by East Hampshire District Council.
